DISCRIPTION :( CREAT HOT AIR DRIERS STD / GMP MODEL)

A  Body of machine made of SS Angle and it is covered by MS /SS Sheet between two layers of  MS / SS Sheet Glass Wool is fitted to avoid heat loss. One fan is fitted to circulate the Air.One Motor is fitted outside of the body , which drive Fan by belt drive. One Electrical  panel board is provided .One MS /SS Trolley provided with Four C.I. Wheels. SS Trays are provided according to size of Machine. Two Air  Window are provided.

CREAT HOT AIR DRIERS are designed for uniform circulations of  Hot air to maintain same temperature in the drying  Cabinet. Constructed from MS / SS material with rigid frame work, double walled, heavily insulated with fiber Glass. Fresh air inlet with Tilter and Moist / Hot air outlet provided at suitable position.

                Heating System can be Electrical. A Heater Circuit interlocked with motor of the Fan, so that heater are switched only when Fan motor is operating. Temperature is inducted by a Digital temperature meter with PT -100 sensor. Control Panel is mounted on the drier body.

          Portable Trolley fabricated from MS / SS Angle is provided for loading Trays.
